Tooth Whitening
Zoom! Tooth Whitening
The Zoom! Whitening System is one of the most effective tooth whitening systems available. Zoom! is safe, fast and convenient. This procedure uses a combination of light and hydrogen peroxide to whiten your teeth by six to ten shades, in one or two brief visits to our practice.

About Zoom! Technology
The Zoom! light activated gel was developed after years of research by the leaders in professional take home teeth whitening. The gel is a scientifically formulated, pH balanced Hydrogen Peroxide that, when activated by the Zoom! lamp, gently penetrates your teeth to remove deep stains and discoloration. With proper care and an occasional touch-up at home, your smile will sparkle for years to come.
Zoom! Whitening Options
In-Chair – Zoom! In-chair whitening is ideal for anyone looking for an immediate result. The convenience of this procedure in comparison to wearing trays and gradual whitening makes it the perfect choice for the busy person.
The Zoom! In-chair treatment begins with a short preparation to isolate your lips and gums. We then apply the Zoom! whitening gel, which is then activated by a special lamp. A five-minute fluoride treatment completes the procedure. You'll be amazed with the results. In most cases, your teeth get even whiter for the first few days after your visit.
Take Home – Zoom! take home treatment is available for those who would like to complete their whitening process in the comfort of their own home. Whilst this treatment can take up to 5-7 days to offer results, it is a treatment recommended for those who are prone to tooth sensitivity or for those who want to gradually monitor the whitening process.
The at home treatment is simple. Following your whitening consultation, we will provide you with your own customised whitening trays. These trays fit securely to your teeth and provide a small area for the gel to be held between your teeth and the tray surface. Full instructions and a demonstration will be given prior to you undertaking the at home whitening process.
