What are dentofacial aesthetics and what can the treatment do for you?

Traditionally, dentists only work on teeth and gums. But in the last 5 years there’s been a move towards enhancing your whole smile, not just your teeth. Dentofacial aesthetics is combining cosmetic dentistry with cosmetic injectable treatments such as lip fillers and anti-wrinkle injections.

The advantage of dentofacial aesthetics is it enables you to treat your whole smile. Whiten your smile and enhance your lips with non-surgical lip enhancement. Or, remove wrinkles around your smile to rejuvenate a youthful appearance.

Replacing a missing tooth

Dental implants are the most effective method of tooth replacement. This dental treatment replaces the tooth root and the tooth crown. The dental implant is a biocompatible titanium screw surgically inserted into the site of the missing tooth root.
