Bruxism usually happens while you are asleep, and can be extremely destructive – causing many debilitating side effects. Teeth grinding and why it can be harmful

Chronic teeth grinding can result in fracturing, loosening and in extreme cases loss of teeth. In some cases chronic teeth grinding can wear teeth down to stumps. Did you know that bruxism can even lead to TMD and hearing loss?
