Education & Affiliations:

Dr. Rammo is a Dental Practicioner (DEN0001302332). He graduated from the University of Mosul in 1993 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery ranked 5th in class, he started teaching at university at the department of prosthodontics then moving on to working in a specialised dental centre practicing all aspects of dentistry until settling in New Zealand in 1998. Dr Rammo got his NZREX from University of Otago 2000, practicing in Rotorua in a private dental practice. He then moved to Sydney in 2006 where he took over an existing dental practice in Ramsgate Beach which remains to the present day.

Areas of Focus:

Dr Rammo has a strong affiliation with Cosmetic Dentistry as he is an artist at heart, he paints when he can and has experimented with stone sculpture. Science and Technology are his other sides and that is well reflected in his practice that includes the latest dental technologies to provide the safest and best treatment for his patients. He is also a certified Invisalign provider.

Providing an excellent standard of care is of the utmost importance to him and his personal goal is to put a smile on every one of his patients’ faces.

Outside of the dental surgery, Dr. Rammo lives with his wife and two daughters, in his spare time he enjoys hitting the weights at the local gym, tweaking/ building PCs and 3D printing

    Consultation

    During your initial visit to our office, Dr. Rammo will sit down with you and discuss your dental concerns and goals. He will then proceed to create a customized dental treatment plan for your new smile. At that time, photos of your smile will also be taken and using the latest in Digital Smile Design technology, you’ll be able to see what your future smile will look like on screen before the treatment plan begins.

    Design & Test Drive

    Using your Digital Smile Simulation, a 3D digital model of your new smile will be constructed and then made into temporary teeth to fit over your current teeth. With your temporary teeth in place, you’ll experience how it looks to smile, laugh and eat in real-time. During this phase, Dr. Rammo can also make adjustments until you feel completely comfortable in your new look prior to proceeding with the treatment.

    Treatment

    With you new your new smile design in place, we will then proceed to completing any general dental work needed to get your teeth and gums in prime condition. Using our CEREC Same Day Smile Technology, Dr. Rammo will then create and apply your permanent porcelain veneers and/or crowns. From there, finishing touches will be made and then it’s time to share your new smile with the world!
