Learn how we make your dental crown or bridge right here in our surgery in one appointment.

Tooth Preparation & Crown Design:
Once Dr Rammo has prepared your tooth for the crown, we use a scanner to take 3D images of your teeth. Dr Rammo then designs your brand new tooth using the images and specialised software.
Porcelain Crown Creation:

Once designed, our milling machine is used to mill your tooth out of beautiful, strong and long-lasting porcelain. You can also watch the milling if you’d like!

Crown Fitting & Placement:

Once the tooth is prepared and the porcelain crown is designed and created, we then attached the new dental crown to the tooth and you are done. All in one visit! We are so confident in the quality and workmanship of our Same Day Dental Crowns that it comes with a 10-year warranty.

What are dental crowns?

What are dental crowns? A dental crown or a tooth crown is a tooth-shaped cap that is placed over your natural tooth.

You may require a dental crown for a number of reasons including:

  • Or simply to improve the look of your smile 🙂

What are dental bridges?

If you have missing teeth, a dental bridge can be used to “bridge” the gap. Here, a ‘fake’ tooth fills the gap of the missing tooth and is held in place by dental crowns. How much do dental crowns cost?

The cost for your dental crown will typically be around $1,850 per crown. The exact amount will be determined and explained to you ahead of any treatment. Contact our staff for more information. Your health fund should cover some of these costs and we also offer flexible payment plans so that you can pay your crown off over a number of weeks or months.
