Get a Full Set of New Teeth in 3 Easy Steps:
The All-on-4 process begins with the digital creation of your new smile so you can see what your future smile will look like beforehand. CT scans will then be ordered to evaluate the bone around the dental implant sites.
A custom-made, full arch restoration will then be prepared out of prosthetic gum and teeth. This will then be permanently fixed to four (4) dental implants once they are placed and have fused with your jawbone.
The full arch restoration will then be permanently fixed to your four (4) dental implants. From there, finishing touches will be made and then it’s time to share your new smile with the world!

Additional Dental Implant Types
Find out more about some of the other dental implant methods we use at justSMILE.
A Dental Implant is often used at the back of the mouth if you have lost multiple teeth to allow for the placement of a Dental Bridge. A dental implant will be placed at the rear of the mouth so that a dental bridge will have something to be attached to. A Dental Bridge is constructed out of a pontic (false tooth) and two exterior crowns which are connected on either side of the pontic. One of these crowns will be adhered to the dental implant and the other crown will connect to your existing natural teeth. We will construct your dental bridge in accordance with the rest of your natural smile so that the shape and colour fits cohesively. This will ensure optimal aesthetic appearance and superior function.
There are many reasons why you may lose a tooth. You may have knocked out a tooth playing sport, you could have experienced significant decay which required extraction, or you could have contracted a disease which resulted in your tooth falling out. Our Dental Implant System allows us to create a virtual representation of your procedure utilising 3D scanning technology which will take a scan of your smile. This will allow us to precisely plan your procedure for better end results, including improved aesthetic and function.
Yes. To assure it’s safety, we use digital technology usind 3D X-rays and implant planning software to 3D print a guide for safe and precise placement of implants.
In most cases you will have set of temporary teeth on the day, sometimes in a week’s time.
Any surgical procedure will involve some level of discomfort which easily managed with strong pain killers.
3-4 months, you will have temporary teeth for about 3 months to have full healing and bone growing around the implants. Then the final set of teeth will be made for you.
Dental implants can be used to replace single or multiple missing teeth, while All-on implants support a full arch of replacement teeth on 4–6 implants. Careful planning and digital imaging can help guide placement, but all surgical procedures carry risks. Before implant surgery, habits such as smoking may need to be stopped for a period to support healing. Sometimes bone grafts or sinus lifts are required to provide enough bone for secure implant placement, and each of these procedures carries additional considerations.
- In the upper jaw, implants may be placed close to the sinus, and complications such as sinus involvement or reduced bone support can occur.
- In the lower jaw, implants may be near nerves that affect sensation to the lips, chin, or tongue. In rare cases, temporary or permanent changes in sensation may occur.
- Implants may occasionally fail to integrate with bone and need to be removed and replaced. Regular reviews every 4–6 months are important to detect and manage problems early.
- After surgery, it is common to experience swelling, bruising, or mild bleeding for several days. Pain may last 1–2 weeks and can usually be managed with medication.
- Patients are generally advised to avoid strenuous activity for at least 48 hours and limit exercise for about 10 days.
- Smoking increases the chance of implant failure and infection.
- Recovery often involves eating soft foods and, in some cases, arranging time off work or home support. Anaesthetic risks will be explained prior to surgery.
- Healing varies, but most people recover within two weeks.
- Long-term professional maintenance is necessary, and additional costs may apply.

- Improved Oral Health: They help keep your jawbone healthy and prevent further loss.
- Natural Look: They look and feel like natural teeth, improving your smile.

Implant Placement
Now, let’s talk about implant placement! This part is where the actual surgical work happens. Experienced dental professionals in Ramsgate will carefully conduct this dental surgery, focusing on keeping you safe and comfortable. Right after your surgery, we’ll provide you with temporary dentures to make sure you feel good leaving our dental clinic. A talented dental technician will create fixed dentures that are both comfy and practical while you wait for your final restoration. This step is crucial for aftercare, allowing you to maintain your daily routine while healing. Keeping patient comfort as our top priority remains a fundamental part of our process.
